Furnaces
Forced air is the most common heat in this part of the country. A multi-stage furnace turns its output down on milder days instead of running flat out, which can lift efficiency to 96–98%. Add a variable-speed blower for lower electricity use, quieter running and more even heat.

Boilers
Only 5–10% of homes in our area are heated by boilers, so many contractors have little experience with them. We install both hot water and steam, in vintage homes and new ones, and our crews keep training on new designs.

Oil furnaces and fuel conversions
We're one of the few remaining local companies expert in servicing oil furnaces. Moving from oil to natural gas or propane usually takes a new furnace. Moving from propane to natural gas can often be done by retrofitting the one you have.

Radiant heat
Water piping embedded in the floor turns it into one big radiator. It's a popular choice for additions built on a concrete slab, and people love stepping onto a warm floor.
