Humidifiers
Whole house humidifiers attach to the ductwork above a forced air furnace, or are engineered to work with a boiler. They ease dry winter air, the kind behind dry skin, static shocks and scratchy throats, and they're much more effective than room units.
Dehumidifiers
A whole house dehumidifier works with your air conditioner in summer, and can also run on its own on mild, humid days. We install freestanding models and ducted ones, which can sit out of sight and run quieter.
Ventilation
Tight, efficient homes can trap stale air, and foggy or wet windows in colder months are a common sign. An air-to-air heat exchanger brings in fresh air and uses the warmth of the outgoing air to pre-heat it.
Zoning
Zoning lets you heat or cool parts of your home independently, usually with a thermostat per zone. Hot water boilers and split-ductless systems zone easily. Forced air is harder, so we'll help you work out whether it's feasible.
