    When the diagnosis is complete, the technician tells you exactly what the repair will cost.

    Authorize the repair or decline it. If you decline, the diagnostic fee is all you pay.

Cheaper with a maintenance plan

Plan members get 15% off parts and labor, and pay regular rates for after-hours repairs, even on New Year's Eve or Thanksgiving. The discount doesn't apply to the diagnostic fee.
